  • It is expected that the management of Paris Saint-Germain will later announce the appointment of a new coach for the team, who worked with the Lille and Nice teams in the past, Galtier takes over the job, succeeding the Argentine, who arrived at the "Parc des Princes" in January 2021.

  • The 50-year-old Argentine coach paid the price for the failure of the SG team to realize the dream of the capital's club to win the Champions League title and last season's dramatic exit from the final at the hands of the Real Madrid team, which was later crowned the title.

The dream of Paris Saint-Germain is renewed

  • Paris Saint-Germain looked on the way to eliminating the Royal Club after winning back home with a score (1-0) and then by advancing back to the "Santiago Bernabeu", but he allowed the team of his former Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti to return from afar and decided the quarterfinal card after scoring three goals.

  • A season earlier, SG reached the semi-finals, but his career in the Championship ended at the hands of the English team Manchester City after he was injured in the loss (1-2) in the first leg and (2-0) in the second leg.
